How to Block Chumba and Sweepstakes Casinos

Self-exclusion steps for Chumba Casino, LuckyLand, Global Poker, Stake.us, Pulsz, WOW Vegas and RealPrize, the domains to block, and why a state list may not reach these sites.

Highlights

To block Chumba Casino, Stake.us and other sweepstakes casinos, start with each site's own self-exclusion for your account. On Chumba and its sister sites, ask player support to extend it to every VGW site. Then block the websites on your computer and lock the apps on your phone. A state self-exclusion list may not reach these sites, so each one needs its own request. For computer options, see how to block gambling sites on Windows.

Each site's self-exclusion at a glance

Sweepstakes casinos each run their own self-exclusion. Some put it in an account menu; others take the request through support. Check whether it covers sister sites run by the same company, then block every domain you use.

How do I block Chumba Casino and its sister sites?

Chumba Casino, LuckyLand Casino and Global Poker are run by VGW, which lists all three among its brands. VGW's policies for each say a self-exclusion applies only to the site where you request it, not its sister sites. Chumba's and Global Poker's policies tell you to contact player support to self-exclude across all VGW websites. Set the exclusion on every VGW account you have, or ask support to cover them all, and block each domain.

Chumba Casino

In your Chumba account, open the Responsible Social Gameplay menu and choose Access Restrictions. Chumba's Responsible Social Gameplay Policy lists self-exclusion lengths of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinite. While it runs, you cannot access your account and Chumba stops its marketing. Take a Break, on the same menu, is the shorter option: 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days.

Permanent closure is a separate request: send customer support a request to “Close my Account”, state your reason and give the “confirmation of understanding” Chumba's policy asks for. Without that confirmation, a closure requested over gameplay control is applied as an indefinite self-exclusion instead. VGW calls a permanent closure “irreversible”. Chumba's terms say closing your account forfeits its Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins and unredeemed prizes. The same terms define Chumba's site as www.chumbacasino.com and its subdomains, so block chumbacasino.com. Chumba has also had an iPhone app in the App Store since October 14, 2026.

LuckyLand Casino and LuckyLand Slots

LuckyLand Casino's Responsible Social Gameplay Policy puts self-exclusion under Responsible Social Gameplay, then Self Exclusion, with the same lengths as Chumba. It also says the exclusion covers only LuckyLand, and tells you to contact Player Support about another VGW site. Take a Break runs 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days. Permanent closure means emailing Customer Support to request a “Permanent Account Closure”, with your reason and the same confirmation of understanding; VGW also calls it irreversible.

LuckyLand's terms define its site as www.luckylandcasino.com. When we checked, luckylandslots.com sent visitors to LuckyLand Casino, so block both luckylandcasino.com and luckylandslots.com. LuckyLand Casino has offered its Android app as a download from its own site rather than through Google Play.

Global Poker

Global Poker's Responsible Social Gameplay Policy (July 2025) puts self-exclusion in the account's Responsible Social Gameplay menu, with the same lengths and the same 1-to-30-day Take a Break. Like Chumba's, it covers Global Poker only unless you contact player support to self-exclude across all VGW websites. Permanent closure is a written “Close my Account” request to Customer Support, with your reason and a confirmation of understanding. Global Poker's terms define its site as www.globalpoker.com and its subdomains, so block globalpoker.com.

How do I block Stake.us?

Stake.us's help centre says to go to Account, then Stake Smart, then Self Exclusion, and choose Request Self Exclusion. You can pick 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 years, or Indefinite. Its Responsible Play policy says an Indefinite exclusion lasts at least six months, that you can also ask in Customer Support live chat, and that a self-excluded account cannot log in, play or redeem prizes.

A Break in Play, on the same menu, runs from 1 day to 3 months and still lets you log in and redeem, so it is not the tool for stopping. Stake.us's account-closure article presents closing an account for reasons unrelated to play and points gambling reasons to Break in Play or Self Exclusion.

Stake.us is run by Sweepsteaks Limited in Cyprus, and its terms cover stake.us and all its subdomains, so block stake.us. Its help centre names two iPhone apps, Stake US - Casino & Slots and Stake US - Poker, and also describes using the site in a phone browser.

Stake's pages do not say whether a Stake.com self-exclusion carries over to Stake.us, so make the request on each site you use. For Stake.com, see the Stake, Bovada and crypto-casino guide.

How do I block Pulsz, WOW Vegas and RealPrize?

These three take a self-exclusion request through support rather than an account menu. Keep the reply that confirms it.

Pulsz

Pulsz's Player Safety Policy says to email [email protected] with the subject line Self Exclusion, start a support chat, or choose Self Exclusion on its contact form, giving your full name, address and email. Self-exclusion lasts at least six months. Pulsz says it will make reasonable efforts to limit your access to all brands offered by Yellow Social Interactive Limited and its group. A shorter break runs 7, 14 or 30 days. Block pulsz.com; Pulsz also has an iPhone app.

WOW Vegas

WOW Vegas's help centre says to ask its support team in chat, giving your account email and saying you want self-exclusion. Its Responsible Social Gaming Policy also takes email to [email protected] with the subject line “Responsible Gaming Options”, sets a minimum of six months, and says the exclusion takes effect once WOW Vegas confirms it in writing. The help centre calls account closure “a permanent action”. For a short pause, Take a Break in Spending Controls runs 24 hours or 7 days. Block wowvegas.com.

RealPrize

RealPrize's Responsible Social Gameplay Policy says to email [email protected] to self-exclude for six months, one year, three years or indefinitely. While it runs, you cannot buy or play, and you can log in only to view information. Breaks of one, three, seven or 14 days are requested by email too. RealPrize's terms say your account is limited to the brand you registered with. Block realprize.com; RealPrize also has an iPhone app.

Does my state's self-exclusion list cover sweepstakes casinos?

A state self-exclusion list is shared with that state's licensed casinos and sportsbooks, so it may not reach a sweepstakes casino. New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement sends its list to licensed internet gaming permit holders. Michigan's database covers its regulated online gaming and sports betting, and Time Out Ohio names Ohio's licensed casinos, racinos and sportsbooks.

In October 2026, Michigan's Gaming Control Board warned that players who have signed up for Michigan's self-exclusion programs “are not protected on unlicensed sites”, when it sent cease-and-desist letters to 33 offshore operators offering online casino games, sweepstakes-style games and sports betting. Some states have passed laws against online sweepstakes casinos, among them Connecticut, California, New York and Oklahoma, whose law is in force from November 1, 2026. Use each site's own self-exclusion as well as any state list you are on.

How to block these sites on a Windows PC

For free filters, browser extensions and dedicated blocking software, see how to block gambling sites on Windows.

GuardianBlock for Windows will be available soon. You can add a site's domain, such as chumbacasino.com or stake.us, as your own Custom Block. By default, the block covers the registrable domain and its subdomains, in Chrome, Edge and Firefox on that PC. Adding a block does not need approval; removing it needs your keyholder's approval, given from their own account.

The domains in this guide are chumbacasino.com, luckylandcasino.com, luckylandslots.com, globalpoker.com, stake.us, pulsz.com, wowvegas.com and realprize.com. GuardianBlock runs on an eligible personal, unmanaged Windows 11 Home or Pro x64 PC and supports Chrome, Edge and Firefox; see the browser-support details. On the protected Windows account, unapproved browser software is blocked from running as an alternate route.

How do I block the apps on my phone?

GuardianBlock runs on eligible Windows 11 PCs and does not cover phones, so use your phone's own controls. Chumba Casino, Stake.us, Pulsz and RealPrize all have iPhone apps, and every site in this guide is also a website. A site's own self-exclusion is set on your account, so it applies in the app too; your phone's controls add a lock on the app itself.

On an iPhone with iOS 27, Apple's App Store guide has you turn on Content & Privacy Restrictions in Screen Time, then use iTunes & App Store Purchases to restrict installing apps. A Screen Time passcode, set with Lock Screen Time Settings under Manage Screen Time, must be entered before those settings change. Apple's iOS 27 Screen Time guide for your own iPhone covers content ratings and built-in features, with no list of blocked websites. For the full setup, including who should hold the passcode, see how to block gambling apps on an iPhone.

On Android, Google's Digital Wellbeing guide sets daily app timers and Chrome site timers, and these vary by phone. Google Play's content restrictions filter Play Store downloads by maturity rating on the phone where you set them.

What a site block does not cover

  • A website block does not close your account or touch its coin balance. Use the site's own self-exclusion or closure for that, and keep the confirmation.
  • A block on your computer does not reach your phone or another device. Set controls on each device you use.
  • Each brand needs its own block, and its own account request unless the company extends one request to its sister sites.
  • When a site calls an exclusion indefinite or a closure irreversible, that describes its account policy.
  • No block or self-exclusion promises an outcome. The limitations page sets out what GuardianBlock covers.

Quick answers

How do I self-exclude from Chumba Casino? In your Chumba account, open Responsible Social Gameplay, then Access Restrictions, and pick a length. Chumba's policy says to contact player support to cover every VGW site.

How do I delete my Chumba account? Chumba's policy asks you to send customer support a “Close my Account” request with your reason and a confirmation of understanding. VGW calls that closure irreversible, and Chumba's terms say it forfeits remaining coins and unredeemed prizes.

Does a Chumba self-exclusion cover LuckyLand Casino? Not by itself. VGW's policies say a self-exclusion covers only the site where you set it, so ask player support to extend it, or set one on LuckyLand too.

How do I self-exclude from Stake.us? Go to Account, Stake Smart, Self Exclusion, then Request Self Exclusion, as Stake.us's help centre describes, or ask in live chat.
